Saudi Industries for PVC Windows Co.,Ltd.  Is the first window profile extrusion manufacturing plant in the gulf and in Saudi Arabia. The factory is using twin screw high efficiency machines in order to ensure the best quality profile. SIPW stands short for Saudi Industries for PVC Windows Co., Ltd. is using the best which has been tested to ensure a good processed compound needed to achieve a good quality extruded profile.

The process includes purging of the compound into an intermeshing heated steel screws. With heat application the powder compound is changed into a molten state like clay. The clay like material is pushed into a small orifice developing a pressure in order to have a good compaction of the compound. Out of the orifice, it goes into a multi chamber designed moulds and further elevated heat application is made. This mould is shaped according to the particular design of the profile required.

From a very high temperature, the material coming out of the mould called extrudate is then passed into a series of cooling calibrators at a chilled temperature of 12 deg. centigrade. The extrudate after cooled down is called profiles and further cooling is made to achieve a permanent and stable shape.
